Yes, our location includes on-site parking for daily use of our members. We also offer long-term vehicle parking and outdoor storage in our storage yard.
We have a mailroom service included with your rent for mail and parcels not requiring a signature. You can also use our in-house fulfillment & logistics provider to both receive and send deliveries.
No, community use of Shedpoint’s conference rooms is included at no extra charge. Members will have access to conference room availability and reserve time using our Shedpoint mobile app.
Absolutely, we have warehouse and office space available, and it’s very common to run business operations out of an office space and store inventory in a warehouse unit. You can rent warehouse space, office space, or both.
We recommend coming in and touring the spaces in person. For a member renting warehouse space for the first time it can be very easy to over or underestimate the amount of space that would work for your business. Let our experts help find you the perfect space for your business.
First off, we hope we can be a small part of helping you grow like crazy! So to make that easier, we provide members the ability to scale up (or scale down) simply and easily. We will be able to accommodate any changes both in the warehouse and in the office space as needed without any penalty or fees for a change in your membership.
Our members have 24/7, secure access to both the office space and warehouse space.

No! At Shedpoint, we want to provide cost certainty to our members. There are no utility fees, brokerage fees, move-in fees, or meeting room booking fees. What you see, is what you pay.
